10 ApArt Boutique Apartments is a stylish two-story building offering fully renovated boutique holiday apartments in the heart of the city.
Each apartment, ranging from 28 to 42 m², was thoughtfully refurbished in 2021 to provide modern comfort and a relaxed, adults-only experience.
Ideal for couples or solo travelers, all apartments accommodate up to 2 adults and feature one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include air conditioning in all areas, energy-efficient windows, solar water heater, washing machine, espresso machine, hairdryer, steam iron, flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Each apartment also has a private balcony with city or mountain views, while premium herbal bath products with organic extracts add a touch of natural luxury. Unique artwork by Despina Kouvatsou completes the boutique atmosphere with an artistic flair.

10 ApArt Boutique Apartments is located in the heart of Kos town, in a quiet neighborhood at 2 Kyprou Street, just 100 meters from the port. From here, you can explore the Old Town of Kos, visit the Archaeological Museum, Nerantzia Castle, see Hippocrates’ Plane Tree,
or enjoy coffee and lunch along Kos’s cosmopolitan beach. You can also take a refreshing swim at the city’s beaches. Additionally, boat excursions to the surrounding islands depart from the nearby port, offering an excellent opportunity for exploration.

Beautiful Apartment
"Beautiful real new apartment with all necessities, I loved having a washing machine and a balcony to hang the clothes. Walking distance to the center has lots of restaurants, bars, cafés and other shopping. The host was very friendly and helpful."

And Petros is an excellent host- he arranged the car and the late leave on our last day. He welcomed us with his lovely wife and put Ouzo and water as the welcoming package. We felt ourselves at home."

Like a Dream
"Apartments are very close to main port and the city center. You can easily reach to most famous/historical places from the flat. Also flat was very clean and nice, enough big for two people, bathroom was very clean and well organized, u can find anything what u need in the kitchen. Best part was THE PETROS 🙂 very nice and kind owner, easy to comminucate, try to solve any kind of problem with u that u have. Also has nice advices for eating, drinking, travelling :)"

"The location was perfect for our 10 day holiday to Kos. The beach was a 5 minute walk, you have multiple amazing Greek restaurants right next to you, the shop is very close and you have the harbour right on your doorstep. There was nothing that could have been better for us. The apartment, the host and location all exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful."

Location was great - 2 mins to the port, right in the center, 15-20 mins walk to the beach. Check it was smooth. Leticia&Petros are incredibly friendly and helpful. Welcomed us with a regional treats and tips for the stay, which was lovely. They really care about their guests and their experience. In addition to the basic amenities, the apartment had a washing machine, a clothes horse and a very large fridge, which proved to be extremely useful during our stay. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. They recommended various places to eat, offering us valuable tips that made our evenings even more enjoyable. They were also ready to assist us with any needs or requests we had. We slept very well, thanks to the absence of disturbing noises, which allowed us to rest peacefully.
